About Us
We are Emelie and Karolin, two Swedes who have both lived and worked on the French Riviera for over 20 years. With our diverse professional backgrounds – including translation, entrepreneurship, and a wide range of service-oriented roles – combined with a strong personal chemistry, we have joined forces. This unique blend provides us with both extensive experience and a trusted network of carefully selected partners, which has naturally led us into the rental and concierge industry.
As concierges, our goal is to deliver maximum security and perfection for both of our client groups – the owners, their property, and the guests, who expect a first-class stay.
With our local knowledge, multilingual expertise, and established partner network, we provide comprehensive solutions that combine reliability, efficiency, and the highest quality. We work with discretion, precision, and a personal commitment to ensure that every rental is seamless, professional, and exclusive – a level of service we ourselves would expect as property owners.
Presenting Martina
My name is Martina Malmberg. I am originally from Sweden but now live in Nice. My family and I have always loved France and the French Riviera, and for many years we spent our holidays here before deciding to move here permanently.
I previously worked in the hotel industry in Sweden and I am also a qualified teacher in Swedish and English. In addition to Swedish, I speak English and some German, and I am continuously improving my French.
I got in touch with Emelie and Karolin at the end of 2025, and with my background in hospitality, I am truly excited to now work in concierge services and to be part of the Riviera Friends team together with Emelie and Karolin.
